While having a successful professional career, I decided to share my expertise and insights with more than just one employer at the time. My area of expertise is talent development and business development. As a professional freelancer I am able to combine both fields or to focus on one field in order to ensure growth for my partner company. My working method can be described with these principles:
- Personalised: I spend a lot of time with the client before the start of the project to understand the need, philosophy and the way the company works so I am able to fulfil their expectations and deliver the service.
- Communication is key: Good communication between the client and me are the solid foundation for the success of the project. Being clear in expectation and open for feedback are two points that are high on my list.
- Striving for excellence: For every project I work to deliver the best results ever, every step along the way. This means going the extra mile and delivering on time.

My extensive experiences gave me a lot of insights and expertise in particular areas such business development, educational travel and marketing. I provide expert advice through reporting, coaching and project based work. Striving for an specific, easy to implement and beneficial solution is number one on the list. This is done by observing, analysing the past, current needs and future goals keeping in mind the interconnectedness between different departments.

As a business engineer and an entrepreneur, organisational development comes natural to me. During my professional career I have been on the frontline of growing different businesses. I gained experience in conducting sales meetings, analysed the needs of the customers, developed and sold products that ensures the customer satisfaction throughout the service offered. Moreover, I had also the opportunity to play a strategic role in gaining growth in existing markets through social media, referrals and team management. Also by entering new markets through expansion and innovation.
Growth Hacker
In my professional career I was team leader for many international teams. These teams had different shapes and sizes It is one of the most grateful jobs that you can imagine. Working together to achieve a common goal by using all individual talents is amazing. As interim-manager I am able to connect quick to the team and pick up where things were left. I motivate each individual to give their all and take new challenges while supporting them in their professional journey.

I believe that investing in people is the best strategy for organisational growth. As a manager I always made sure that, next to strategies, I gave the needed knowledge and skills to my staff by delivering trainings and personal coaching to my staff. Throughout the years I picked up the interest to deliver workshops to organisations and to the next generations.

I started delivering trainings in my roles as team leader and manager to my direct team. By doing that I understood the importance of delivering impactful learning journeys to develop skills, insights and the talent of your staff. Currently as a professional trainer, my fields of expertise are: leadership, communication and management. I always determine the learning output together with the partner organisation and ensure on the delivery and also follow-up.

Wisdom sharer
Whenever I engage in a conversation with a stranger (let me tell you that I do that often) I get the remark that I am a good listener and that I ask the right question that makes them reflect and understand certain aspects in their lives. I decided to use this talent and I got certified as a life coach.
Next to having coachees coming to my practice, I also use techniques out of life coaching in my work of personal coaching employees on the field. This is superbeneficial for the employee and the employer as they both experience a growth.
